Welcome to our AI Companion Language Learning Application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
1. Provider Information
The App is owned and operated by Ryff OÜ, a company incorporated and registered under the laws of Estonia ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing
- No Free Trials: Unless explicitly stated in-app for a specific promotional event, we do not offer free trial periods. Access to premium features requires an active paid subscription.
- Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on your selected plan. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- In-App Purchases: All purchases processed through third-party application stores (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store) are subject to the respective app store's payment policies and terms.
3. Strict No-Refund & Cancellation Policy
- No Refunds: All payments and purchases made within the App are final and non-refundable. You will not receive a refund or prorated credit for any payments made, regardless of whether you stop using the App before the current billing cycle ends.
- Cancellation for Next Period: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future auto-renewals, taking effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your paid features until that period expires.
- App Store Processing: If purchased through an app store, you must manage or cancel your subscription directly through your device's App Store or Google Play Store settings.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
- Data Privacy: We value your privacy. As an Estonian OÜ operating under European Union laws (including GDPR), we adhere to strict data protection standards.
- No Data Sharing or Selling: We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing, advertising, or monetization purposes. Your data is strictly used to deliver and improve your AI language learning experience. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Intellectual Property & AI Interactions
All intellectual property rights in the App, software, design, and AI content remain the property of Ryff OÜ.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the App for personal language-learning purposes only.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App and its AI companion features are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific learning outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ryff OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
